Booking and tour guidelines
These Terms of Service (hereinafter — Terms) govern the relationship between Travel Tours Spain (hereinafter — Company) and website users when booking and conducting tours. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.
2.1. To book a tour, you must fill out the form on the website with contact details, date and number of participants.
2.2. The booking is considered confirmed after payment is received and the ticket is sent to the specified email.
2.3. The number of places on the tour is limited. We recommend booking in advance.
2.4. When booking, you must provide accurate information about yourself and the participants.
3.1. Tour prices are quoted in euros (€) and include all taxes.
3.2. Payment is made online using available payment systems.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to change prices, but the cost of already paid tours is not revised.
3.4. All prices are final and not subject to revision after booking confirmation.
4.1. You can cancel your booking 24 hours before the tour starts without penalty.
4.2. Refunds are made within 5 business days.
4.3. No refund is given for cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour.
4.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour for objective reasons (weather, force majeure). In this case, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
5.1. The Company is responsible for the quality of services provided and the safety of participants.
5.2. Participants must comply with the rules of conduct, follow the guide's instructions and not disturb public order.
5.3. The Company is not responsible for participants' personal belongings.
5.4. The participant is responsible for any damage caused by them.
6.1. The guide will meet you at the specified place and time.
6.2. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the tour starts.
6.3. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the guide has the right to start the tour without you.
6.4. The tour is conducted in the language of your choice.
7.1. Participants must be healthy and able to walk walking routes.
7.2. Children under 6 years old are free, from 7 to 12 years old — 50% discount.
7.3. If you have special needs (dietary requirements, limited mobility), please notify us in advance.
8.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms.
8.2. All changes are published on this page with the date of update.
8.3. Changes take effect from the moment of publication.
